- Are responsible for curriculum implementation including lesson planning and child assessment
- Plan and implement activities designed to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under their care.
- Keep parents informed of the progress of their child using provided Junior K reports.
- Will be expected to open and close the Junior Kindergarten program each day

- NCECC qualification (EDU 119) or equivalent
- B.A. In Early Childhood Education
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
- 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Must be at least 18 years of age
