Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school, plus six years of progressive administrative assistant experience, three years of which shall have been at the administrative assistant III level or above. Must possess analytical and organizational skills; experience in budget management and/or school system financial practices; good judgment; initiative; and ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. Can demonstrate proficiency in business English, grammar, spelling, and punctuation; ability to operate a computer and use MS Word, Excel, Adobe; and knowledge of the functions of the school division and its operating procedures.
