Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to the completion of a bachelor's degree in nutrition, food service management, dietetics, or a related field. Two years of food service or child nutrition program experience. Registered dietitian credentials are highly desirable. Thorough knowledge of nutrition related federal and state rules and regulations; ability to plan and organize a program workload; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to maintain effective working relationships with a variety of people including many from outside the school division; knowledge of documentation procedures; effective organizational skills; ability to multi-task; ability to analyze and interpret data and reach sound conclusions; ability to work independently with minimum supervision; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to exercise tact, judgment, and initiative; ability to deal quickly and accurately with quantitative Information and verify correctness of actions; and Proficient in technology to include social media and Microsoft Suite.
