Abu Dhabi based international school seeks Vice Principal for August 2019.
UK Campus.
Previous international school management experience ideal and must have knowledge of the UK curriculum. Confidence and willingness to adapt to an international landscape in and out of the classroom displaying attributes that reflect cultural understanding, collaborative behaviour and most importantly the ability to adapt to new situations quickly and effectively are a must.
Role and Purpose:
• Along with the Principal and Deputy Principal (Secondary), to form the Senior Leadership Team of an International School, providing leadership and direction to the staff and students of the school.
• To oversee the day-to-day operation of the school working with and through the designated section leaders
• Quality assurance of the systems in place, including performance management of staff.
• Reporting to the Principal and Board as required.
