Job Details
The Partnership for Los Angeles Schools is looking for a passionate individual to support the successful implementation of the Data and Impact team vision. This is a paid part-time Research Assistant position for approximately 15 hours a week depending on project need. All work will be completed at Partnership offices. The hourly salary is $20 an hour.
Research Assistant will assist Partnership team members with various projects ensuring that home office and school site staff have access to data. Duties include:
Data management and cleaning
Preparing data for reporting
Maintaining data spreadsheets from multiple sources
Creating data visuals
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have:
Intermediate level of Excel
Intermediate level knowledge of statistical software, preferably R or STATA
Familiarity with Tableau
Interest in education, non-profits and data analysis
