As a Talent Acquisition Intern with Learning Care Group, you will have the opportunity to learn the daily operations of our corporate office (Support Central), and gain valuable insight on how Support Central helps all functions and employees throughout our organization. During the 10 weeks, the Intern will interact with team members and leaders to gain real-world experience, learning our processes and improving our efficiencies while expanding on the core concepts introduced throughout your college courses. As part of our Summer Intership Program, you will:
Requirements:
- Complete daily Sourcing Specialist tasks - 2-3 Districts
- Create employment brand initiatives for our career/social media sites to promote LCG's employee value proposition.
- Source passive candidates
- Create reports on sourcing activity and communicate any relevant market information to TA Program Analyst
- Create a map or guide of Recruiter areas
- Collaborate with campus team to continue our efforts in implementing our "playbook"
- Research creative sourcing techniques to cultivate diverse talent pipelines
- Compile research on universities/colleges, focusing on top ECE and education schools
- Assist with employee referrals team initiatives
- Assist with reviews team - Indeed / Glassdoor
As part of our Summer Intership Program, you will:
- Complete a 10 Week Internship in one of our Support Central areas: Accounting, IT, Finance, HR, Recruiting, Marketing, Training, or Compliance
- Submit a final Internship project
- Build relationship with a Mentor
- Weekly job shadows with mentor departments
- Complete meaningful tasks Be given a flash drive to store documents from the Internship i.e. goals document, final project, completed documents, references, Intern paperwork for school etc.
- Be expected to provide feedback on their experience
- A final evaluation will be completed on the Intern's performance
- Become part of the LCG Ambassador Program
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in accredited University or College
