The Project Analyst will be responsible for supporting the planning, managing, and monitoring of key projects from Initiation to Closing. This will include facilitating project meetings, maintaining project schedules, and gathering issues; as well as, communication of the overall project status.
Other tasks include:

• Develop and maintain processes to effectively manage multiple school projects across the organization and establish repeatable processes to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets while maintaining the support from internal stakeholders and resources.
• Organize, initiate and maintain weekly support calls/follow-up between Learning Care Group departments, developers/clients and field staff; drive issues to closure through effective communication across all parties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience Operations experience in a large multi-unit organization preferred
• Experience in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with experience managing multi-functional projects.
• Strong ability to plan and strategize.
• Ability to multi-task or strong organizational skills to drive tasks and issues through to completion.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
