We are looking for a school sales specialist who share our mission and core values (6crickets.com/about). A successful candidate is high-energy, creative, hands-on, customer-obsessed and understands schools or school districts sales to rapidly interest them and onboard them to adopt 6crickets’ after-school enrichment management tool, 6crickets.com/afterschool. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales / Provider Sourcing: Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to get your region or additional regions' schools, districts, or enrichment providers interested in 6crickets. You will spend a good portion of each day reaching out to schools, districts, and providers over the phone and via email, being the face of our brand to these clients.
  • Negotiation and Deal Making: Lead contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our districts, schools, or providers partners, including sustainable economics for all parties.
  • Process Scaling: 6crickets is a company that moves fast and does things at large scale. Help design processes, whether it be prospecting, onboarding, account management, etc. in such a way that they fuel, rather than act as a bottleneck, on growth.
  • Ensure listing quality: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day onboarding and support operations. Ensure all listed content – from images to class descriptions to pricing or discount details – aligns with 6crickets’ brand principles and 6crickets’ marketing objectives. Assist with making final edits.
  • Collecting and acting on feedback. Create processes and account management tools to stay in close communication with provider partners and incorporate feedback into process improvements on the ground.
  • Hustle: Take ownership of 6crickets growth in your region or additional regions, do whatever it takes to get the job done, delight users and provider partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and adopt a generalist mindset
  • Data-driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Rigor in executing over a well-defined sales process, experience creating and optimizing processes
  • A customer service orientation and experience developing strong partnerships
  • Startup (all-hands-on-deck) "I bust my ass because I love it" approach
  • Passion for children, education, serving educators, and serving parents
  • Compensation commensurate with experience combination of cash, commission, and equity
