Beginning Salary: $96,687.84 DOE: Twelve (12) Month Position
Round Lake Area Schools CUSD #116 is located in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago and is made up of a preschool, kindergarten, five elementary schools, two middle schools, a high school and a transition center. We are truly neighborhood schools; each serving an important role within its individual community.
We are extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to serve approximately 7,300 students in grades PK-12. Our students have a great advantage in that the District is quite diverse; offering them experiences not found in other places!
Our district is currently looking for an Elementary Principal. The successful candidate will lead an innovative and dedicated community of learners whose mission is to encourage the love of learning by providing a variety of experiences and high expectations in a safe environment defined by our diverse community where the values of respect, responsibility, and caring guide our everyday decisions.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate outstanding educational leadership, professionalism, and a record of excellence in the areas of instruction, and both student and staff development as evidenced by:

Requirements:
- A Master's degree in education or related field.Five (5) years Elementary Principal experience.Professional Educators License.General Administrative with applicable endorsement(s).ESL/ENL Endorsement, a plus
