Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in information technology, technology engineering, or related field plus five years' progressively more responsible experience with information systems development, one year with systems development architectures, practices, and tools (Oracle, .net, APEX, Crystal reports, PL/SQL, WebMethods, knowledge of Edupoint Student Information System is a plus). Master's degree preferred. Knowledge of principles and practices of full life-cycle system development methodologies, integration techniques, system architectures, and of technical project management to include planning, budgeting and monitoring (Windows, Linux, Oracle, and Mobile devices and OS environments, MS Project, RAD, AGILE, and traditional methodologies); ability to translate defined business needs and requirements into technical specifications and to facilitate process design sessions; and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
