line-height:normal"> In an Associate Director, we look for committed individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families, while effectively and efficiently supporting the School Director.
line-height:normal"> Some of the exciting things that you will do as a Director include, but are not limited to:
line-height:normal"> Work hand in hand with the Director to ensure curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices are in place in the center.\\
Conduct tours for prospective parents and enrolling new families.
Stay up-to-date on company program offerings and ensure that your school operates with the most up-to-date curriculum/program expectations.
Assist teachers with the weekly development and execution of the curriculum and program activities.
Work with Director to recruit, hire train and develop new staff.
Ensuring a safe environment for the children in our care.
line-height:normal"> In order to be considered for this position, you must meet all state licensing requirements, including:
line-height:normal"> Must be at least 21 years of age.
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development or
Bachelor's degree in a field other than early childhood education or child development and six months qualifying child care experience or
Associate's degree in early childhood education or child development and two years of qualifying child care experience
