The HR Business Analyst develops, implements and delivers data analytics, tools, and dashboards for the Human Resources department and Management. This role functions as a subject matter expert, mentor and lead. This role applies data knowledge to generate innovative solutions and consistently delivers results based on business objectives.
AS AN HR Business Analyst, YOU WILL...
  • Analyze data and provides solutions to address staffing and business challenges;
  • Answer tough questions with data by using appropriate techniques, design, modeling and optimization;
  • Articulate results to HR team members to increase the value add to the business;
  • Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources;
  • Analyze and interpret the results of pilots, programs, and processes to drive efficiency across the department;
  • Define, develop and implement best practices for data cleansing, validation and general quality control;
  • Interact directly with team members to understand requirements and assist in resolution of issues;
  • Identify and understand user level security for dashboards and reports based on business requirements;
  • Handle various adhoc reports that are requested throughout the normal course of business;
  • Stay current on data, visualization and analytics trends, topics and technologies and apply new knowledge to provide advanced solutions and shares developments with the team.

  • BS degree in a business-related field AND
  • Two (2) years of wide range of statistical methods and strategies AND
  • Three (3) years of HR data analysis OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
OTHER REQUIRED Qualifications
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with data analysis, modeling, design and documentation
  • Ability to communicate technology concepts effectively with technically proficient and non-technically proficient individuals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effective customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in developing reports and/or dashboards
  • Ability to pass required background check
