High School Band Teacher
Responsibilities include:
This position includes the daily instruction of four band classes and an improvisation class. The assignment includes Jazz Band and Marching Band in the evening and on the weekends. Additional duties include co-advisor of the music honor society, fundraising, spring travel, involvement in the school musical, community outreach and active participation in the Friends of Music organization.
Qualifications: Must be eligible for State of CT certification in Music
Salary: $46,393,- $101,032 (depending upon education and experience)
