The Private School Partnership Account Manager is the primary point of contact for a portfolio of volume accounts and Business To Business relationships. This position will project sales, oversee service level agreements and manage contracts, as well as communicate and coordinate partner needs with the rest of the Private Schools organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises 1-5 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) employees and/or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
AS Private School Partnership Account Manager, YOU WILL..
  • Builds, retains, and expands customer relationships using marketing, phone, email, and other inside-based means; designs a maintenance plan for existing accounts to grow/retain established customer base;
  • Creates and delivers sales presentations for B2B customers
  • Oversees negotiations and contracts for accounts; ensures timely renewal and proper re-visitation of contract terms;
  • Assists the K12 Private Division Sales Team and Keystone staff with all Keystone-related volume opportunities;
  • Forecasts and establishes volume accounts sales plans for approval by management; coordinates with Marketing to implement appropriate campaigns, organizational strategies, and sales opportunities for the B2B market; works with Marketing to develop market research on competitors;
  • Promotes company profitability by communicating with other stakeholders to review and refine current processes/procedures/tools and to develop business process improvement strategies that increase revenue, decrease spending, and reduce costs;
  • Assists with the creation of reporting relating to sales activities and volume accounts;
  • Participates in personnel decisions generally, including forecasting/staff planning, interviewing, hiring, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, terminations, etc.;

Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or similar AND
  • Three (3) years of business to business (B2B) sales experience OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience
OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
  • Proven leadership experience, able to champion change and innovation
  • Previous supervisory experience, able to motivate while driving execution
  • Ability to lead and work within a cross-functional team environment
  • Familiarity with a variety of call center concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Strong acumen for inside sales metrics and techniques; ability to manage against measurable goals; strong track record of delivering measurable results
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while remaining detail-oriented
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written, oral and presentation
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
  • Ability to pass required background check
