Job Description:

Camelot Education is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate about our mission of helping our nation's most underserved students find success academically, socially and in life.

Applicants should be able to work independently and virtually. This position will ideally be located in the Central/Northern New Jersey area (or Lower NY Region), will support the national sales team and report to the Chief Strategy Officer.

Responsibilities:
Managing events calendar for marketing/sales teams
Developing relationships with key internal and external team members
Provides completed data and research on a district's strategic plan, alternative education, and TDS current providers prior to sales meetings
Manages the budgets for sales events
Salesforce Database Management:
Sending weekly reports
Managing protocol and documenting
Working with Sales Force directly when trouble shooting and changes - Camelot administrator
Dashboard management
ROI and other report creation and management
Assistance with presentations including salesforce and dashboard data for board meetings and other meetings
Organizing and shipping of materials for sales team
Organizing assistance for sales team meetings internal and external
Calendar management for Chief Strategy Officers and other members of sales team
Expense and travel support for sales team
Coordinating material needs for sales team
Managing RFP Process including acting as a project manager by:
Reviewing RFP for synergy to our services/programs
Managing RFP process and calls
Scheduling team calls and follow up related from a sales team perspective
Provide overall clerical support to Chief Strategy Officer as needed

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
  • Proficiency with Power Point
  • Experience working with Sales Force or other sales software platform preferred
  • Experience in sales enablement preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, additional education preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively individually and with teams to deliver results
  • Self-starter, high level of initiative, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Strong collaboration and communications skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to convey information in a clear, focused, and concise manner
