Staff Needed: One (1) Leave Replacement Teacher Grade 3
Qualifications:
- New Jersey K-6 Teacher Certification or P-3 Teacher Certificate
- Experience working with elementary students
- Ability to develop lesson plans reflective of the Common Core Standards, and content area curriculum
- Ability to motivate and work in teams to achieve academic expectations
- Work collaboratively with school leaders, and school staff to collect, analyze and use data to continuously modify the instructional program
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of results-driven education to ensure that all students meet and exceed local and state expectations
- Provide a nurturing, supportive and positive classroom climate that encourages students responsibility, using positive motivation, clear classroom routines and effective classroom management
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
