Director of Health, Athletics & PE/Middle School Dean of Students-ANTICIPATED

12 month full-time position with a flexible schedule during the athletic seasons. Candidates must have valid NYS teacher certification in Physical Education and SAS/SDA/SBL or SDL. Prior administrative and coaching experience preferred.
Position oversees all aspects of athletic, Physical Education and Health programs as well as Middle School Dean of Students involving:

• Hiring of coaches
• Scheduling of athletic activities
• Coordination of interscholastic sports programs and tournaments
• Hiring and evaluation of coaches
• Coordination of scheduling and transportation for sporting events
• Budgeting and ordering of supplies and equipment
• Compliance with ECIC Section VI rules
• Evaluation of Physical Education and Health Teachers
• Working with middle school principal in carrying out the school's academic and behavior programs.
• Working cooperatively with district admininstrators, middle school principal, counselors, nurses, staff, students and parents towards a positive school climate
• Performing other duties as assigned

Salary: From: 71000.00
