EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND EQUITY

College Community School District, located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, seeks an Executive Director of Human Resources and Equity who will oversee District efforts to support, retain and recruit high quality, dedicated and engaged staff.  Primary support responsibilities include overseeing the hiring process, employee job assignment, overseeing employee benefits, FMLA/Workers Compensation management and assisting the Superintendent in ensuring positive employee relations.  Additionally, this position will serve as the district equity coordinator and lead efforts to ensure equitable programming and practices.  The salary will be in the range of $120,000 to $125,000 and include an excellent comprehensive benefits package.  The final salary for the successful candidate will be negotiated and determined based upon proven experience, qualifications and meeting criteria.
