RESPONSIBILITY:
•Provide confidential secretarial functions for the school administrator;
•Collects information needed in the preparation of correspondence, reports, memoranda, board agendas and other official documents;
•Extensive computer applications/database system management to produce all levels of correspondence and reports;
•Ability to work in a fast-paced diverse environment, self-starter, systems thinker, excellent communication skills;
•Makes appointments and schedules meetings as directed.
C.S. QUALIFICATIONS: High school or equivalency diploma and either: five (5) years secretarial exp., three of which involved the use of computer applications to maintain records and produce correspondence; or graduation from a Secretarial or Business School with a degree or certificate in secretarial sciences, office technology or closely related field and three years of the specialized experience using computer applications as indicated above. Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to handle complex administrative details independently.
Salary Range: $47,500 to $54,000
3 Positions available in various locations of Southern Westchester County.
