The Corporate Partner Support Analyst will produce reporting and analysis for our Marketing Team. Primarily this role will work with our sales and account management teams to inform and support business decisions and process using analytics. The position will develop program, business partner and school level performance information for quarterly, monthly and weekly performance monitoring. In addition, this role will support other financial needs for the department.
  • Develop and maintain standardized program and business partner level reporting for weekly, monthly and quarterly distribution.
  • Provide analysis to support the sales and account management team, such as client employee base alignment with our school base.
  • Create and distribute family utilization reports for all corporate and back-up-care partners.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance and IT partners to enable the automation of business reporting allowing more time and attention identification of business trends and identifying business insights.
  • Create invoices for corporate and on-site partners on a monthly basis.
  • Create new enrollment summary at a program and key partner level.
  • Build monthly program reporting.
  • Manage aging of invoices with business development and account managers.
  • Maintain and update master partner lists in foundational systems.
  • Onboard new partners with set up, website links and invoicing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting a corporate business support role. Previous sales knowledge and support experience highly preferred. Excellent computer skills including extensive Excel experience, including the use of pivot tables and v-look ups to compare analyze data.
  • Ability to extract data from database sources for manipulation in Excel Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and ability to relay analytical information in a sales environment.
