Required::

Bachelor's degree; DE licensure and teaching certificate in the subject area at the secondary level

Successful candidates will demonstrate knowledge of core standards and rigorous instruction; knowledgte of DE state assessment systems including DESS, PSAT and SAT; Understanding of use of data to produce improved student outcomes; Superior planning and organizational skills; Excellent communication and problem solving skills; Ability to work effectively with faculty, students, and parents; Strong work ethic; Flexibility; Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, start-up work environment; Strong sense of personal accountability for student achievement.

Salary Range: From/To: Commensurate with experience and certifications.
