EXPERIENCED SCIENCE TEACHER FOR DUBAI - AUGUST 2019
A new international UK curriculum school located in Dubai is seeking a selection of experienced Key Stage 3 secondary teachers for the next academic year. To apply for this position you must have a first degree in the subject that you are applying (or if it is a closely related subject, transcripts should show evidence of the subject), qualified teacher status and a minimum of 2 years of experience of teaching the National Curriculum of England and Wales.
As the school is opening only Year 7 for the academic year 2019/2020, but is in the planning stages for GCSE, it would be ideal if teachers can offer:
1) a willingness to teach Year 7 only for their first year, then Years 8 for the second;
2) a second teaching subject (e.g. maths with science);
3) a willingness to teach their subject areas at the Key Stage 2 level; and
4) GCSE experience in readiness for the school expansion
The school is looking for candidates who are happy to contribute to a full on educational and enrichment daily program and be part of a small and flourishing team of educators, to help with the schools development into the secondary sector.
The employment package includes: tax free monthly salary AED12000-15000, single furnished accommodation, flight allowance, medical insurance, tuition and benefits for dependants and an end of service gratuity.
