  • INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR
    Hiring Pay Range: $13.51 - $14.34 per hour, DOE
    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
    40 hrs per week, 12 months per year
    Location: Catalina Foothills High School

    Target Start Date: ASAP

    Definition: Under general supervision of the Director of Finance performs work of moderate difficulty coordinating warehouse activities and maintaining inventory control.

    Essential Functions: (Essential functions, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills and other characteristics. This list is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY, and is not a complete listing of all functions and tasks performed by positions in this job class.)

    Tasks:
    • Check in-coming shipments for accuracy, verifying them against original purchase orders; enter related data into an automated system;
    • Store goods in the warehouse;
    • Take and record physical inventory;
    • Monitor and record data related to fixed assets; tag assets, and post information to an automated system to retire, classify, re-classify, change and reconcile asset records;
    • Prepare routine periodic reports;
    • Assist the courier with workload and make deliveries and pick-ups, as needed;
    • Perform other related duties, as assigned.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Other Characteristics:
    • Knowledge of CFSD and USFR rules and regulations pertaining to inventory accounting;
    • Knowledge of manual and automated inventory systems;
    • Knowledge of the safe operation of warehouse equipment;
    • Skill in accurate data entry;
    • Skill in conducting asset physical inventories;
    • Skill in generating and maintaining manual and automated inventory records;
    • Skill in safely operating pallet jacks, pallet stackers, rolling ladders and hand trucks;
    • Skill in communicating effectively, orally and in writing;
    • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and administrators.

    Minimum Required Qualifications:
    High School diploma or GED and one (1) year of experience working in a centralized warehouse and receiving.

    Special Requirements :
    Valid Arizona Driver's license and clear driving record. May be required to lift objects that exceed 50 pounds.
