The Marketing Financial Analyst, which will be part of the Finance department will analyze company processes and operational practices to improve customer experience and increase school enrollment. Compile data from multiple sources to create reports and dashboards to help in business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create reports and dashboards of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) across the customer acquisition cycle to ensure senior leadership is provided accurate, comprehensible information that can be used to make business decisions.
  • Understand and monitor all contact center related data, KPI's and Service Level agreements.
  • Proactively identify data trends that could lead to process improvements, behavioral trends, operational efficiencies, improvements in customer experience and increased school enrollments.
  • Lead a team including Information Technology, Marketing and external marketing partners to develop reporting on marketing return on investment across all marketing channels including Direct Mail, Email, Radio, Print, Pay per Click and other online digital advertising.
  • Develop and maintain weekly dashboard, providing insights into marketing activities and results.
  • Monitor customer acquisition from lead generation to enrollment, retention and life time value utilizing the CRM system, Google Analytics, internal databases and other tools as necessary.
  • Partner with the Marketing department to prepare budgets and forecasts for various marketing campaigns. Develop tests to evaluate and monitor strategic initiatives including new marketing channels, alternative promotions and creative treatments to optimize ROI.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support contact center and marketing initiatives.
  • Report conclusions and recommendations to LCG executives and external partners.
  • Execute and measure initiatives in a test and learn environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance, Economics, Statistics or related area) or Marketing .
  • Minimum of 3 years of related business analysis experience, preferably in Finance or Marketing.
  • Expert level MS Office with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Sugar CRM (or similar) preferred Excellent critical thinking, analytical and reporting skills
