Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business applications, information technology, or a related field. Five years or progressively more responsible experience in user support and/or training; one year of which shall have been in the capacity of trainer. Demonstrates knowledge of standard productivity and media/graphic creation software. Ability to operate and evaluate assigned training equipment, software, and/or hardware. Ability to train end-users. Understanding of adult learning practices. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
