Division Assistant - Division of World Languages and ELL
Description:
Division Assistant for the Division of World Languages and ELL is a full-time, 10 month position. The job goal is to support the Division of World Languages and ELL in the effective and efficient functioning of all facets of the operation of the office and job-related duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: processing and file management for documents including confidential records; working with the Director and Director's Assistant to support teachers; facilitating communication with students, teachers, and the community, as well as long-term projects.
Qualifications:
Qualifications include but are not limited to: high school or college degree; excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of office technology and procedures; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Docs preferred; the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents and the community; and the ability to work productively in an active environment.
Compensation will be determined based upon the candidate's skills and experience.
