Job Description:
To help each pupil develop competence in basic mathematical skills and an understanding of the structure of mathematics; to motivate each pupil to apply mathematical understanding and skills in the solution of practical problems; to encourage pupils to develop their special talents in the field of mathematics

Qualifications:

• New Jersey Elementary K-6 certificate with a Middle School Math Specialization Endorsement in Grades 5-8 or New Jersey Mathematics Teacher Certificate
• Knowledge of New Jersey Learning State Standards and mandated testing
• Experience working with elementary and middle school students
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
