POSITION: Ticket Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: Previous Holiday Tournament ticket sales experience required

Previous Holiday Tournament experience preferred

Valid Illinois State Teaching, Substitute, and/or ASEP Certification preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES: Pick up and be official signer for bank from the Business Office

Verify number of tickets received from the Business Office

Reconcile tickets sold with cash received

Sell tickets to Holiday Tournament attendees

Manage box office and other ticket sellers and takers

Maintain accurate record of all ticket sales

Coordinate the Ticket Buy Back Program with Season Ticket Holders

Attend tournament meetings regarding planning and financial reconciliation

Maintains and distributes Will Call tickets for patrons

Coordinates College Coaches admissions procedures

Other duties as assigned by the Holiday Tournament Executive Director

SALARY: $50.00 per game
