The Marketing Operations Specialist will support the execution of the acquisition marketing programs to generate enrollments for the company supported lines of business. This position is part of a high-performance team leveraging offline and digital channels to drive customer acquisition through direct response.

AS A Marketing operations Specialist, YOU WILL..
  • Support planning and tactical execution of digital and offline media to drive new enrollments
  • Monitor, report and analyze media performance against target KPIs and identifies actionable insights to improve media effectiveness using tools including Adobe Analytics, Google, Facebook, Display DMPs and iSpot
  • Develop, execute and report on test plans to optimize media performance and conversions.
  • Manage media tracking including pixel placement with a tag manager (Tealium) and conducts tests/audits to insure full media tracking to conversion
  • Track media spend pacing to plan and support monthly budget reporting and reconciliations to assigned budgets
  • Work with internal business units and external media agencies and vendor partners to facilitate execution of media optimizations

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIRED Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field AND
  • Three (3) years working experience in marketing AND
  • Two (2) years of experience managing and implementing paid media OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
OTHER REQUIRED Qualifications
  • Demonstrated analytics skills and data-driven thinking to develop insights into campaign performance and optimization
  • Good working knowledge of Excel with ability to build reports from multiple data sources and manipulate the data for analysis and budget management
  • Strong organization skills with great attention to detail and proactive approach
  • Strong project management skills
  • Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Web proficiency)
  • Ability to pass required background check
  • DESIRED Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices to deliver cost improvements and ROI
  • Experience executing digital marketing tactics including search (SEM), display, and/or social
  • Experience working with Web analytics
  • Hands on experience working with Google and/or Facebook platforms
  • Experience managing tracking pixel integration and/or working with tag manager such as Tealium
  • R Programming a plus
