Job Description

The Community Group's Child Care Circuit is seeking a Provider Services Specialist, bilingual in English/Spanish. This position is responsible for the quality control and proofing of data entry for the purpose of maintaining the accuracy of the database for referrals. The Provider Services Specialist provides technical assistance to our child care providers, and is responsible for timely processing for Kid's Net on a daily basis.

Job Requirements
Knowledge and experience with database entry and generating reports. Customer service experience and attention to detail are essential. Ability to understand and quickly learn billing procedures and system, and work with large quantities of numbers. Experience with CCFA and MS Office is a plus. AA or BA preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish).

At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred

Associate degree preferred

Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
