Office Administrator

The Community Groups seeks a full time Office Administrator for its Family Child Care Program. The duties of the Office Administrator range from arranging for back up FCC Educators as needed, setting up new children's files and preparing terminated files, to lining up CPR and first Aid classes for FCC Educators. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: working in conjunction with the FCC Home Visitor to send out monthly information to the Educators, preparing packages for Educators' monthly meetings, maintaining inventory of office supplies and forms, and answering and directing phone calls.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and detail oriented, have good communication skills, be experienced with Excel, and be bilingual (English/Spanish).
