The National Retention Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the strategic design and management of customer retention programming in support of our large network of learners. This position represents a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive meaningful long-term customer engagement through relevant programming and targeted, differentiated communications.

AS A NATIONAL RETENTION SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL..
  • Design, develop and manage retention programming and strategic communications roadmap that delivers positive value for active network of learners
  • Drive triangulation of customer feedback to stimulate action; inform family & student programming; retention programs and communication strategy
  • Actively engage with business functions across the organization to deliver insights and develop action plans that improve customer retention and academic performance
  • Champion the awareness, understanding and utilization of Managed Public School customer feedback to improve the customer experience within K12 Managed Public Schools and drive dynamic programming
  • Develop partnerships with national organizations that provide local and National opportunities for students, families and alumni
  • Identify, evaluate and negotiate loyalty partnerships
  • Ensure that every customer touch point builds satisfaction and loyalty resulting in a differentiated and exceptional brand identity and industry-leading retention of customers
  • Interface with school based points of contact and national teams to facilitate local and national coordination of communications and programming
  • Provide communication best practices and resources for school use

Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in a related discipline AND
  • Continuing education/training in Customer Experience / Loyalty methodologies, practices, and standards AND
  • Ten (10) years of experience in Marketing
  • Four (4) years of experience in Marketing with a focus on Retention Programs
  • Experience designing and successfully implementing Retention Programs
  • Project Management experience from project creation through implementation
  • Data and financial analysis experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication, and cross functional collaboration skills Other Required Qualifications
    • Computer Software: Advanced in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; Web and CRM tools
    • Salesforce Experience
    • Ability to travel 25% of time
    • Ability to pass background check requirements
    Desired Qualifications
    • Experience within the educational market and /or with family friendly brands
