Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or Facilities Management including or supplemented by course work in the principles, concepts, and methods of routine, preventive and emergency maintenance, plus six years of progressively more responsible experience in management of operations programs and personnel, some of which shall have been in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Can demonstrate knowledge of theories, procedures, practices, materials, and methods of facilities operations and crisis management; familiarity with applicable regulations, legislation, policy, and office operational procedures; and ability to manage and supervise program activities and personnel.
May be required to supervise work or programs at more than one site. May be required to have, or obtain within 90 days of hire, specific FEMA Emergency Management certification and/or Facilities Management Certification.
