Sales and Enrollment Manager
The Sales and Enrollment Manager will work with assigned schools on lead management and enrollment related activities to increase enrollment of families.
Key responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve responsible for enrollment growth in an effort to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Lead and develop staff to excel in department and individual objectives; provide staff with a clear sense of direction and purpose; communicate effectively and timely with staff; regularly utilize a variety of recognition tools and programs.
• Oversee assigned market(s) by leading efforts to achieve enrollment goals; appropriately personalize solutions to prospective families; problem solve and propose solutions to exceed results.
• Coach, train and mentor sales professionals on external communication, business acumen, and sales tactics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience required (education industry preferred)
• Minimum 3 years prior management/supervisory experience required
• Excellent customer service and follow-up skills with both internal and external customers.
• Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
