We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:

• Minimum of one year experience working in a licensed childcare facility


• Completion of 10 hours of observations as required by State Licensing


• Coursework or a degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA for lead teacher positions.


• Impeccable references


• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience


• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work

· A high school diploma or equivalent

· Must have reached 18 years of age
