VICE PRINCIPAL NEEDED IN DUBAI ASAP

THE PERSON
The Bilingual candidate should have:

• A degree in education, educational leadership, management and administration up to Master"s level (preferred).

• A thorough understanding of British curriculum

• A minimum of 7-8 years of overall experience in education, of which at least 3 years as a teacher and over 3 years in education leadership role in a British curriculum school

• Demonstrated leadership qualities balanced with strong interpersonal skills

• Openness, initiative , integrity and sound professional judgment

• Team management

• Conflict management

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Strong decision-making skills

THE PACKAGE

• Gross monthly salary will be commensurate with the candidate"s experience and profile [approx. AED 20,000] + benefits

• End of Contract flight to country of origin

CONTRACT
This is a two (02) year contract with an option to renew upon its completion.
