Job Details
Assists school and Central Service personnel in understanding and using the district’s financial systems. Deposits all district cash, disburses petty cash and maintains cash balance information for use by management. Assists the School Bookkeeper Supervisor with technical aspects of creating computer generated presentations. Provides technical assistance in the creation and maintenance of the Department of Finance WEB page. Prepares and distributes instructional materials for Office of Finance in-services.
Start rate: $44,726
