The Operations Support Specialist functions as a member of a team
that is responsible for curriculum and operational program implementation for
Infants through School-Age. The position
also provides compliance guidance to teachers and management regarding instructional
implementation, operational initiatives, and ADVANCED accreditation. Effectively supports School Management,
District Managers, and DVP by conducting onsite, comprehensive school
evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum and other operational programs to improve school utilization and profitability.
- Provides leadership and evaluation of curriculum implementation. Responsible for coaching teachers and managers on instructional implementation.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state/local regulations, as well as Company policies/ procedures. Implements company and state health and safety standards.
- Responsible for preparing the schools for successful openings/acquisitions by providing assistance for new schools and existing schools.
- Project leader for designated districts to achieve and maintain ADVANCED accreditation. Works with the District Managers, Division Vice President, and Marketing Department to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase capacity utilization.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with all state licensing authorities, approved vendors and community contacts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field. Master's Degree in Education and/or Teacher Certification preferred.
- Two (2) years' experience supporting the training and technical assistance needs of programs servicing Birth - age 13 and Private K-3 grade or experience in childcare or Private school.
