Tutor Time Learning Centers in Glendale, AZ is hiring! We are currently seeking Full-time Team Lead Teachers to join our child care center located at 5911 West Thunderbird Rd.

Our Team Leads...

• Serve as mentors to fellow teachers while supporting their directors in daily school operations.
• Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Are caring, compassionate and love what they do!
• The Team Lead may spend at least 50% of their time or more assigned to a specific classroom as the "Lead Teacher" or may assist in classrooms in a teaching capacity as needed. Will have opening and closing responsibilities of the school in the absence of.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
• Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
• Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
• Have countless advancement opportunities through our on-going training and expansive network of centers and brands.

We are most interested in talking to applicants who have:

• 3 years of experience coaching and training staff members
• Coursework or a degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA
• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom as well as creating educational lesson plans
• Required: Must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience. --- Must meet all standards and requirements as it relates to education and experience as set forth by the state and accreditation agent.
