The Manager, Global Partnership Account Management is the supervisor of Account Managers supporting the international partners of K12 private school volume accounts and other business-to-business (B2B) relationships with responsibility to oversee service level agreements, manage contracts, and communicate customer needs with the rest of the organization. The position provides excellent customer service, builds strong international partner school relationships, supports business development sales strategies, and leverages K12 resources to support and train private school partner programs and grow student enrollments.

This is an office based position in Herndon, VA.
AS A Manager, Global Partnership Account Management, YOU WILL..
  • Acts as the voice of the client and represents client needs to the organization
  • Initiates frequent and effective communication between the partners and the Account Management team,
  • Manages a team of Account Managers to ensure outstanding customer service and effective partner support; providing strong team representation and accurate partner expectations;
  • Mentors Account Managers and assists with partner escalations, fostering strong working relationships with key partner stakeholders, soliciting regular feedback and responding proactively to any concerns;
  • Oversee on-boarding of large or strategic new customers to ensure a smooth implementation of services post sale;
  • Provides ongoing training and education about products and services to partners and Account Management team;
  • Monitors program outcomes and provide proactive recommendations to partners and stakeholders to improve student/program outcomes and offers opportunities to expand services and products to partners.
  • Assists private school business development team with sales pipeline information, tracking and reporting via SalesForce; Maintains up-to-date client data in SalesForce;
  • Provides pre-sales support to Business Development team and potential partners
  • Coordinates internal resources to ensure partner experiences is seamless from Business Development, Program Management, Academics, Operations, etc.;
  • Schedules and facilitates meeting as needed for Account Management team, Business Development team and cross functional teams
  • Provides timely and accurate sales reporting and budgets including, but not limited to, partner level forecasts and actual sales booked, regional sales updates and requested ad hoc reporting
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, SLA's and quality standards are met; Monitors contracts to ensure compliance with terms;
  • Updates and manages assigned activities on the monthly operations calendar
  • Oversees maintenance and updates of partner Strong Start website

Requirements

Minimum Required Qualifications
:
  • Bachelor's Degree(s) AND
  • 2-4 year's management experience in international account support, client service, or training OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience


OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Ability to pass required background check
