Job Description
The Community Group seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) Behavior Specialist/Mental Health Liaison to work with young children. This individual would possess the skills necessary to fully accommodate children needing intervention. In addition, the candidate will serve as a point person for the teachers and administration to help follow behavior management guidelines as explained in our company policies and procedures. Candidate will also help to facilitate meetings with families and refer to appropriate resources. This position requires travel between three sites in Lawrence.
The qualified candidate would:
Have a Bachelor's Degree
Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish
Have excellent behavior management skills and be able to intervene as needed.
Observe and report to administration about recorded concerns
Help develop behavior plans with families
Conduct staff and parent training
Run small groups with children to reinforce social skills
Position Type: Full-time

At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred Bachelor degree preferred Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
