The Family Admissions Specialist
The Family Admissions Specialist will conduct school visits to ensure school tour readiness is achieved and relationship is built with on site management team. This role will work closely with the Family Admissions Specialist Supervisor regarding school assignments and schools with the opportunity to benefit from the program based on enrollment factors.

Other tasks include:
  • Utilize CRM System to effectively manage leads and lead follow up for all assigned schools to drive tour volume and enrollments into their assigned schools
  • Conduct all lead management for assigned schools through calls and emails. Including pre-tour confirmation calls, post tour follow up calls, tour no show follow up calls, and lead follow up as appropriate to work lead through funnel

Requirements
  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (education industry preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills with both internal and external customers
  • Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines
  • Must have good working knowledge of basic computer software, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Must be able to work effectively in a remote management environment with consistent communication; ability to adapt within a changing environment to achieve desired results
  • Able to articulate passion for the industry, work well with others, and operate in an environment that is fast paced while meeting minimum expectations
