The AP Coordinator
The Coordinator will conduct timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices. This role will research and resolve any vendor, school, or Support Central department issues relating to payment of invoices. Other tasks include:
  • Process and review the weekly payment of reimbursable expense reports.
  • Assist the AP Manager with period end journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Help facilitate year-end 1099 processing and answer related vendor questions.
  • Assists with other duties as directed by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required
  • College courses in accounting or business preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong data entry and 10-key skills
