H ours: ~ 30 hrs/week

S alary Range: $17/hr based on education and experience

Essential Functions and Objectives:

The Assistant Site Coordinator will plan, coordinate and implement before and after school enrichments programs.

- Build and support families in School Care Works enrichment registration;

- Delivers curriculum and supplemental materials for assigned class to school location;

- Creates rosters in School Care Works system for enrichment providers, school staff to monitor staff tracking procedures;

- Marketing of enrichment programs offerings;

- Develop marketing brochure;

- Build collaborative relationships with partners, vendors, school staff, community and families

- Assist in necessary program evaluations;

- Support Program Specialist in evaluating, data entry, program management and other duties

Education Requirements:

- 4 year degree in related field AND 910+ experience hours OR 60 college credit hours AND 2800+ experience hours

- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task;

- Computer skills, with data base experience a plus;

- Flexible, self-motivated and dependable individual.
