Essential Functions and Objectives:

The Facility Manager II manages the maintenance and custodial staff at an assigned facility (e.g., custodial, grounds, pool) to keep the facility building systems (e.g., structural, electrical, HVAC) operational, with consideration to staff and student security and safety.

Knowledge, Experience, & Other Qualifications:

- Automated building systems experience may be required depending on assignment.

- Pool operation, maintenance and repair experience may be required depending on assignment.

- Must successfully complete DPS required training/courses within first year of employment.

Education Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.
