Regional Info:

Tianjin is a coastal city and is the fourth largest city in China after Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. It's a major seaport with a 'dual core' with an urban area including the 'old city' that dates back to 1400, and the New Area located east of the old city on the Bohai gulf. Tianjin offers many things to do including visiting the Great Wall at Huangya Pass (including a special section called the Music Wall which makes a piano like sound when you step on it), taking a ride on the Tianjin Eye ferris wheel, walking around the Cultural Square along the Haihe river, taking a horse drawn carriage or bicycle to the Five Great Avenues which is a historical European influenced section where you can imagine what life was like in China 100 years ago, as well as shopping galore.
