Title (K12) Manager, Regional Operations

Description
Summary : The Manager, Regional School Operations supports, performs, and/or oversees various aspects of school operations with an emphasis day to day activities at all levels, internal and external to the K12 organization.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities : The below State ments are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing of all responsibilities, duties and/or skills required; o ther duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
· Supports school operations to develop and manage relationships with partner districts, State and other education stakeholders;
· Supports school operations to oversee and help maintain student records and data; creates/implements/documents/provides training on processes that ensure student data validity in K12 and 3rd party databases;
· Acts as point-of-contact and supports reporting issues including all local, K12, State , and federal reporting requirements;
· Works with Director, Regional Compliancy & School Operations and supports school administrative staff to ensure the school is in compliance with and meets all audit requirements;
· Supports/provides training and manages the development of school policies and procedures, e.g. assists with the Company's efforts nationally to develop policies and procedures, training standards and curriculum enhancements;
· Assists school operations in student recruitment and works with regional program manager and school in the planning of school events;
· Oversees communication between the Company, students and families and districts related to student enrollments, registrations, withdrawals and end-of-year reclamation efforts;
· Communicates and manages the schools' completion of tasks as distributed by K12 Operations as needed
· Maintains a high level of contact with school operations including, but not limited to; participation in national operations calls, one-on-one sessions, best practice trainings, etc.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree AND
· Three (3) years of relevant professional experience
· Formal project management, and/or operations management experience in fast-paced or start-up environment, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
· Equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates and Licenses : None required.
OTHER REQURIED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Great organizational and time management skills
· Strong technology skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Experience using search engines (internet) for research projects
· Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database
· Ability to pass required background check

· Experience with managing online learning
