Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems with experience in end user support for Employee Evaluations, Content Library, or Professional Development systems, plus five years of progressively more responsible experience in the information technology support field. Can demonstrate knowledge of principles, concepts, and methods of applicable computer technology and its effective and efficient utilization in support of the functions of the assigned organization or clientele; effective human resource and organizational skills; analytical ability; ability to design reports and manage data; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
