PURPOSE OF JOB: Tutor elementary or secondary students to help meet Annual Yearly Progress goals as defined by the state and school district.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following:

Tutor students in Communication Arts and Mathematics to support AYP goals

Assess and monitor student reading and or math progress

Use data to assist in planning for instruction

Collaborate with classroom teacher about student progress

Maintain records to support achievement growth of students

Use supplemental materials provided through Title Department to affect student growth

Assist student users with technology aspects of SuccessMaker, Imagine Learning and Plato programs

Report growth to building level administration

Attend scheduled Title I professional development meetings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree
