Pathways of Delaware is looking for dynamic educators to work fulltime in our behavior alternative programs across Delaware. Candidates should possess a valid Delaware teaching certificate in a secondary core subject (Math; English/Language Arts; Science; Social Studies); Special Education; or Elementary Education. Positions are available now and we are looking to fill them immediately with qualified individuals.
Pathways of Delaware serves K-12 students across the state of Delaware, providing behavioral, educational, and social/emotional services and interventions to students in need of extra supports. Most of our teachers work side by side with other professionals in their classrooms in a team environment. Our mission is to transform our students' behavior and ultimately transition them forward into their regular school environment.
